Radical Hospitality
beyond tea parties
This week Plough Magazine published my recent article on hospitality, sanctuary, really. Risky, hard, uncomfortable, dangerous sanctuary. Christians around the world are caring for one another in incredible ways. This is not welcoming someone who looks like you over for a nice dinner with fairy lights and soft background music. This is your life on the line, giving up everything, taking in potential enemies.
Please go over to Plough and read this piece: When Hospitality Isn’t Cozy.
My interviews with the people in this story moved me to tears multiple times. May their work and examples move you to prayer and action in your own corner of the world.
