My good news is that after months of internal debating, I finally asked my boss to go from full-time to part-time work. She agreed without hesitation and even gave me an hourly raise to boot! Now I have more time to focus on my nonprofit and pursue my freelance writing dreams. I'm so grateful God opened this door and gave me the courage to walk through it.
Best "Daily" Book: "Every Moment Holy" is a book of liturgies/prayers for every day moments. Things like: prayer for changing diapers/doing the budget/keeping bees/morning/when you can't sleep/when having a bonfire... things that honestly, I thought would be a little silly to pray about. But our family LOVES this book. It truly has made some seemingly mundane moments deep and rife with meaning.
